With more than 30 years of combined leadership experience, Dawn spent 16 years in Financial Services with JPMorgan Chase, managing the development of leading-edge technology products such as Chase Online Banking, Morgan Online and the JPMorgan Access Portal. Later, she spent 8 years at Related Companies as the IT Program Manager responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Property Management and Building Technology. Dawn is also the Managing Member of D2D Consulting Services and has been successfully providing technology and management consulting services to the Real Estate industry since its inception in 2017.
Jennifer has over twenty-five years of experience in Training, Development, Performance Management, Helpdesk and Business Continuity Programs. She has taught programs throughout the
United States, England, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Germany, and Singapore. With years of course creation and expertise engaging employees and customers in her past role as a Vice President at Related Companies, she has helped thousands of individuals learn and perfect the skills needed for their own personal and professional growth and development. She also has over ten years of experience with Business Continuity Planning. BCP is the process of creating systems of prevention and recovery to deal with potential threats to a company. In addition to prevention, the goal is to enable ongoing operations before and during the execution of disaster recovery.
Stephen is a Property Management Software System Administrator with more than 12 years of experience implementing and supporting Residential and Commercial Real Estate portfolios. Having spent 6 years at Related Companies as the Affordable Housing Program Administrator, Stephen has extensive knowledge of the New York
and Affordable housing markets. During his tenure at MIMC, Stephen filled the role of Yardi Database Administrator, oversaw all portfolios and gained extensive experience administrating and managing the back-end functionality and integrations across multiple platforms.
In the nearly three years that Stephen has worked for D2D Consulting, he has led multiple implementations, software upgrades and customization work with our US Based and Offshore Development Teams.
Daria has an extensive track record of success for more than 30 years through the delivery of more than $12 billion in luxury residential and mixed-use real estate developments to market. She has worked as both a developer and broker in major cities across the U.S., including New York City, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles. During her 25-year tenure at Related Companies, Daria served as Senior Vice President responsible for the luxury residential rental division consisting of more than 10,000 units nationwide. Her strategic input was integral to the development and design of the company’s largest luxury residential projects and her leadership guided the success of the leasing team. Under her management, Related’s developments achieved some of the highest prices per square foot in the nation. Daria has been featured in The New York Times, Crain’s New York Business, Forbes, The New York Observer and The Real Deal. Daria pioneered a new era in innovative residential amenities, helping to create the elevated lifestyle experience for which the Related brand has become synonymous. Now she leverages her skills to help The Custom Call Center clients achieve equivalent levels of success.
